Lifeline’s Homeless Outreach is our effort to impact the lives of those experiencing homelessness in the neighboring communities. We canvas areas with caring individuals through direct encounters to provide “Blessing Bags”.
Homeless Outreach
Every member of the community should have access to food, especially during these unprecedented times. Lifeline extends its support to families by offering canned goods and other non-perishable resources.

Lifeline is committed to disseminating important health information and screenings throughout the year. Our health promotion efforts are designed to help members of the community be proactive about improving their quality of life.
Adopt-a-School
Serving families in every community is our goal. Lifeline is excited to partner with area schools to support both scholars and educators. Our Adopt-A-School initiative is designed to invest in tomorrow’s leader today.
